What Causes Brown Dirt And Flakiness In The Vagina With Vaginal Discharge?
I keep having brown like dirt rolled up when I whipe and when i attempt to clean my vagina. i notice flakyness come out of my labia and around my vagina. It kind of smells a bit but not too strong. It burns because I keep trying to get rid of it all the time by rubbing the inside of my labia. I also noticed heavy discharge that comes from the inside of my vagina. So what could it be? I am not sexually active meaning I have not had penetrated sex,and im a 23 year old virgin.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to yeast infection and bacterial vaginosis. Using combination of antifungal agents like clotrimazole and antibiotic like metronidazole or clindamycin as vaginal suppository or as oral tablets will be helpful to clear this. I would also recommend using intimate wash daily to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH.
