Hi, I have gone through your question. The foetus is not seen sometimes at 5 weeks6 days ultrasound, if there is a delayed conception. The bleeding and brown discharge you had can be due to: 1. Bleeding around the foetus( subchorionic haemorrhage) 2. Missed abortion 3. Ectopic pregnancy Since your ultrasound is showing intrauterine pregnancy, ectopic pregnancy is ruled out. I would suggest you to get an ultrasound done after2 weeks to confirm the diagnosis and get further management accordingly. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health.
