General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Though implantation bleeding is common after missing periods. This rarely repeats. Also, presence of cramps is a concerning sign. Please take rest. Do not massage or foment abdomen and consult your gynecologist earliest. She may ask for USG pelvic scan to exclude some untoward findings. It is essential to exclude / confirm them.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
