My daughter has 2 sets or two small brown dots together under her armpit. It looks like a splinter or something going thru her skin. It doesn t bother her or hurt but I don t know what it is. At first I thought it was a spider bite or something but it has been there for a few months now and she had another one

check if it is spreading or increasing in size. there is a possibility of it to be a fungal infection. you can try candid D ointment on it. if it doesn't work better take her to a dermatologist.
Hope it helps. If you need further, detailed and quick assistance related to any health issues in future, feel free to 'ask me a question' directly from my profile.
