I am having a hard time trying to convince my boyfriend that he has a 3 moles on his penis... He swears it s genital warts.. They are brown and almost flush with the skin.. He keeps telling me he doesn t know what s wrong with him.. Keeps insisting they are genital warts.. And wants to know why he has them
Hello and welcome to HCM, A clinical assessment of the lesions on the penis is required to know the exact nature of the lesions. Genital warts are flesh colored, painless, soft raised lesions common in genital region. Genital warts are transmitted by sexual route. Moles are usually brown to black in color, may or may not be raised above the skin surface and are painless. A clinical examination by your primary healthcare provider is required to exactly determine the nature of the lesion.
Thanks and take care DR Shailja Puri
