What Causes Brown Itchy Spots On Lower Buttocks?

i have two brown itchy spots, the size of a half dollar. one on each lower butt cheek. is there a cure for this and is it something serious? i keep them filed and have tried different creams, but not consistently. they tend to look lighter with what im doing but won t go away. how can i get rid of them? your help is greaty appreciated.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some localized allergic reaction to insect bite or some internal allergy producing this bumps.
Take Cetrizine or Benadryl for 1-2 days.
Within short time it will disappear.
Ok and take care.
