What Causes Brown Menstrual Bleeding And Pain After Intercourse?

I have a problem with bleeding all the time, most of the time it is brown and has an odder, what would cause that? I have really heavy periods and it hurts me when I have sexual intercourse and then I bleed for several days after! the bottom of my stomace hurts a lot and is hard! what is the cause of this?

You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Heavy bleeding may be due to problem in cervix,uterus,adnexa or local causes.
You need few investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,Ultrasound of abdomen,Pap smear etc.
Further investigations can be done if needed.
Proper treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.
