What Causes Brown Spot On The Inner Eyelid Crease?

I have a small brown discolored spot in in the inside of my lower eyelid in the crease. My eyes started watering and I thought it was my contacts so I took it out and noticed the spot. With my contacts in it is irritating, but when I take my contact out it hurts and my eye is red and irritated

Hi,

Wash your eyes with clean water and ocular decongestant like OTC (.012%) at 4 hours. PRN can be used (if other eye problems like glaucoma or hypersensitivity then need check up). Stop is any symptoms worsen to any discharge indicating of infection, if relief is not obtained within 48 hours then consult eyes physician.
