What Causes Brown Spot On The Penis Head?

im 31 yr old male, For about a little over a month I seen a light brown spot on the head of my penis. no pain, no change in shape, or size. just curious what it could be. The only thing I can think of is. I shaved my pubic area and I found a lil hair on that head so I kind of pinched it to take it off cause it was stuck. I thought it could have been a busted blood vessel that dried up, but hasn t gone away

General & Family Physician 's  Response
I understand your concern.
According to your history you have tried to pinched hair on the head of penis and during that you have injured a blood vessel. The busted blood vessel which has hemolysed blood have pigmented the mucosa of the head of penis. This will reduce with time and will completely disappear after few months. You need not to worry for this as there are no other symptoms.
Just keep the glans penis clean, wash it regularly below the foreskin and remove the dead cells and debris under the foreskin by washing.
Hope this will help you.
