What Causes Brown Spots On The Abdomen While On BP Medication?

HI I AM A 75 YEAR OLD MALE IN BASIC GOOD HEALTH...I DO TAKE 2 TYPES OF LOW DOSAGE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE TABS DAILY...A LOW DOSE COLESTEROL TAB ALSO DAILY AND A BABY ASPIRIN DAILY...A FEW MONTHS BACK I NOTICED SOME BROWN SPOTS ON MY LOWER ABDOMEN AND MY LAST HEALTH CHECK UP I SHOWED THE SPOTS TO MY G.P...HE GAVE A SALVE OF SOME TYPE AND I APPLIED IT...IT SEEMED TO REDUCE THE SPOTS IN COLOR...BUT NOW IT SEEMS I AM GETTING A FEW MORE...NO ITCH, NO PAIN, NOT SCALLY...SUGGESTION??? THANK YOU VERY MUCH...
