Hello, for like a year or so I have these brown small spots that were on my upper back but have recently spread around my upper back and looks like it occurred on the front of my chest. Also I recently became bald and found very big large patches of brown spots on my head and when I touch it is very smooth and like no hair is growing when the fociles are still thier and hair is growing. Please help very worried it could be skin cancer a
