Hi doc! Iam 38 weeks pregnant . I was sleeping and I found a brown vaginal sort of thing on my pants ..moreover iam feeling a contraction sort of after every 15 mins but not much painful..I am feeling much pressure on my pelvic area and couldn t walk easily..plz tell am I in labour....

I would request you to report to a clinic and check if dilation has begun. If not, then such small amounts of blood is indeed normal during pregnancy at times.
