What Causes Brown Spotting?
i have the mirena iud and i did not get my period this month, when i allways get it every two weeks. but for the last two days i been having brown spotting, throwing up, cant eat ,sore breast but. every pregnancy test i take say negative so what could it be

Spotting may be due to hormones withdrawal as Mirena contains levonorgestrel. You need not to worry about it.
