What Causes Brown Spotting, Cramps And Bloating While Being Due For Depo Shot?
So I m due for my next depo shot on the 4th Jan. But for the last 2-2/15 weeks I ve been spotting brown blood. It s now getting a bit heavier and I ve been cramping and very bloated. I m after some answers to why! I m confused and the cramps are very painful

Seems to be a pelvic inflammatory condition from some sort of bacterial infection most likely.
In my clinic, I recommend a vaginal swab test and ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis for the perfect diagnosis and cure accordingly. The depo shot does not sound to be a cause of concern here.
