What Causes Brown Spotting During Periods Along With Abdominal Bloating And Nausea?

Hey my period was due 2 days ago and today I had brown spotting with cramps. Not like my usual period which is usually regular and heavy the first day. I have had sore breast and their still sore now, with bloating for a couple weeks now. I have also been having headaches off and on for about 2 weeks as well. A little nausea off and on but never got sick. What s could be happening

Hello,

You have not mentioned if you had unprotected sex or are on regular CP or not. However, your symptoms are indicative of hormonal imbalance due to which you are not getting your usual periods.

If you had unprotected sex & were not on regular CP & did not take emergency CP, then your symptoms may be indicative of the early signs of pregnancy.

You are suggested to get clinically examined by a gynae(you will be managed accordingly) or get a urine test done with your first midstream, morning urine to detect pregnancy.

In the meantime, stay well hydrated, dehydration & stress causes headache. Stay well fed. Take adequate sleep.
