Hello, I am breastfeeding my second child who turned 1 on Sunday just passed. The following day and today I have very lightly spotted brown/red blood. Not enough to have to wear any thing for it tho. I have not had a period since giving birth and I am not on any birth control. Just wondering whether this is what a period may do before it starts ? I breastfed my first till 14 months and got my first period about a month after, but a proper one. Not like this. Or I have read may be implantation bleeding. Either way have had severe cramping in my left side. I am a runner, and can barely even run through the cramps sometimes. Even doing Muay thai I cramp in my Left side. I am a personal trainer and incredibly fit and healthy and currently im so exhausted and feel so crap and lethargic, My baby still breastfeeds 3-6 times a night and during the day. I also express at work to keep up milk supply
