What Causes Brown Tissue Like Vaginal Discharge While On Nexplanon?
Hi, I have been on nexplanon (arm implant birth control) for a couple months now. And today I went to the bathroom and saw what looked like a brown mucus plug on toilet tissue. But I take regular pregnancy tests and always come back negative. And I don t get my period since of the birth control.. What could this be?

t is mostly suggestive of vaginal fungal infection for which you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or avil for itching. You can take Fole 150 mg or use clingen-forte vaginal pessary to put into the vagina once daily for at-least 5 days. Maintain the hygiene of private part.
