What Causes Brown Vaginal Bleeding And Pain In The Lower Abdomen?

hiii.. my last period was like brown spotting for 4-5 days... i did UPT came negative.having lower abdominal pain.. doctors did pelvic scan in which corpous luetum was shown.. HCG test was also negative. urine test was normal. she advosed me for tab susten 100mg once for 7 days. bt m getting bleeding from 6 days with cramps.. can u plzz tell me d reason?anythng serious?

I do understand your pain and discomforts

As per your history is concerned let me clarify all points as below-

1)If pregnancy test is negative so no problem at all.

2)You have mentioned that ultrasound was done but what was the finding you have not mentioned and if any finding comes then it will be treated specifically.

3)So as you have not mentioned any other things then i may say it is due to ovarian cyst only please check your reports and cramping is due to medications only.
