What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge After Child Birth?
My son is 9 weeks old and I am having a brown discharge. Dr gave me antibiotics but it hasn t cleared up. I have had bleeding like a period 3 times now since his birth. I am breast feeding and taking birth control pill. The discharge does have an odor to it. Please advise.

I can advise you to do a vaginal smear or culture to check for infection.
Probably an infection may cause a smelly discharge.
You may have bleeding like a normal period because you are on contraception pills.
