What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge After Ectopic Pregnancy?
I had an ectopic pregnancy which was dealt with through surgery and my right tube and ovary was removed. After my 40 days cycle i had my periods. Exactly after a month i had my 2nd periods that lasted for 2 weeks. After that i continously experienced brown thread like fibre discharge. Now that i was 6 days away from my period date, proper bleeding started with both big and tiny size of pure red threads. I also had an ultrasound last week and it came out normal

I really appreciate your concern, it is the irregular menses, thread like blood discharge is very common condition and it is often called blood clotting, the most probable cause of this type of bleeding is due to less amount of blood of previous menses it may be week old or less, but is nothing to worry and even may not need any treatment hope this information helps.
