What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge After Removal Of Fallopian Tubes?
I had laparoscopic surgery 11 days ago to remove both fallopian tubes. I got an antibiotic today for an infection in my incisions but I noticed as the day went on that I m having brown discharge and dark urine, is that normal? Or caused by the infection.
A brown vaginal discharge may be seen with the following causes - Infection Injury Hormone fluctuation Cyst discharge
A discharge may be seen after a surgery because of the tissue healing and secreting any fluid that is leaking or removing itself because of the cut to the tissue. Dark brown color urine may be seen because the muscle breakdown produces myoglobin which is carried into the urine and has a dark brown color.
This can cause the dark urine and may also cause a burning pain when one urinates.
I hope this helps. Please reach out to me if you have any other questions.
