What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge After Surgical Abortion?

I had a surgical abortion about 6 weeks ago , my gyn said my uterus is clear and after the abortion I bled for a week and stooped . Today now I have been having brown discharge for about 4-5 days , I had sexual intercourse 2 weeks after my abortion unprotected . What could this be ? Thanks for asking. I understand your concern
You had bleeding following the procedure for a week &it stopped completel.....indicating complete expulsion of products.
Abortion causes sudden disruption of acting pregnancy hormones... naturally it leads to hormonal imbalance .. causng irregular vaginal bleeding... You seem to have such bleeding incidently after sex.
You should wait for normal periods to start naturally for few months/visit your gynecologistFor regulating periods with treatment.
