What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge After Taking I-pill?
Hi,i had taken ipill on 8th july, and got periods on 17th july, it was like normal period that i get, i got it early ,my date was end of month.now i am getting brown discharge since 17th august, i had intercourse with my husband but he used condom.what should i expect?is it the side effect of ipill?
Brown vaginal discharge commonly occurs when the uterine lining gets thinned up due to hormonal birth control pills (I-pill or regular birth control pill) or when there is irritation on the cervix.
You need not worry. Since you are taking birth control pills & using a contraceptive device, it's not pregnancy. If you have any discomfort get physically examined by a gynecologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
