Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
A few patients may develop side effects after taking the Postinor-2 drug as a bleeding, pain, urinary infection, vomiting or else. However, the brown discharge may occur due to dub, polyps, fibroid or erosion etcetera.
Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your gynecologist so that she will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
