What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge After Taking Primolut N?

Im 27..i had periods on last month february 7....periods was normal n after period ends again i had brown discharge and it turned out to be another period..i had an ultrasound n found simple ovarian cyst in my right ovary n polycyst in left ovary doctor prescribed me primolut n had it for 15 days...after having the complete Course of primolut n ...periods came after 3 days of that..but its just n thread like brown discharge...what does it indicate?is it due to ovarian cyst?can i become pregnant again...??what medication should i continue

I think you are having a normal period and you will bleed more in the coming days. The brownish discharge due to lack of flux. Doesn't seem like you are pregnant.
