What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge Along With Headaches While On Triphasil?
I started taking Triphasil pliis on 7 October during my period and the stopped taking them after 2 weeks because I had regular headaches and feeling nausea. Now my period did come, on the 24th October there was brown bloody discharge coming out, I stopped taking them when I saw the discharge and stomach cramps.

hi healthcare magic user, If you stop taking Triphasil pill in between then it is expected to have in between spotting and bleeding. not to worry about brown discharge and cramps.
please get your BP check up and liver function test.to rule out cause of nausea and headache .
If triphasil doesn't suit you switch over to alternative pills.
