What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge And Lower Abdominal Pain While Coughing?

I have been on the mirena since jan. 2016. I have had no issues whatsoever. This week i had some brown discharge for 3 days, my last period was 3mths ago, & today everytime i cough or sneeze i get a dull pain in my lower abdomen. Do you know what this could be??

Brown discharge is one of unpleasant side effects of Mirena. During first 6 months with Mirena you could experience the brown discharge. BUT AS IT IS ASSOCIATED WITH ABDOMINAL PAIN I WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO SEE OBG SPECIALIST FOR EXAMINATION.
