What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge That Is Foul Smelling?
I am a 58 year old woman. In 2012, I had uterine cancer. I had surgery and went through radiation and chemo. In the 3 to 4 months, I have developed a brownish vaginal discharge with a odor. Should this be of concern or do you khow what could cause this? I sincerely thank you for your help.

The brown vaginal discharge is usually related to a vaginal infection. So, I suggest doing a vaginal swab test to confirm the diagnosis. Meanwhile, I suggest to drink liquids and maintain good vaginal hygiene.
