What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge While On Infertility Treatment?

Hello doctor, I am 28 years old and trying to concieve since two years. From Nov-15 to Mar16 I was on diane 35 for LH ans FSH disbalance. In march reports came ok. In aprril I has follicular study & had HCG shot but the egg didnt rupture. Now I am on ovacare myo but this time i have my periods but they are very light with brown discharge. I am worried

possible vaginal infection through some sort of bacteria or fungi most
likely.

Kindly follow basic guidelines for better recovery

- drink more liquids
- balanced nutritious diet to combat the immunity status
- cranberry sachets or tablets
- get a prescription of culture swab report of the vaginal discharge for
lab evaluation and antibiotic guidance accordingly
