What Causes Brown Vaginal Discharge With Clots Despite Suffering From Stress?
{QUESTION} have not had my period in 2 months just recently last week starting spotting brown discharge and this week I started having brown discharge with signs of blood clots with a mixture of blood have been under a lot of stress also I am a cross country runner and I just started training heavy in May after my last period which was May 2 and it is now August 2 and still no period but just the brown blood mix discharge with clots what could this mean also my diet has changed as well

This comes about because of the intense exercise and stress, this leaves your body not with enough reserve to shed the endometrium, it is the body's way of conserving whatever energy it has. Therefore, you may need to have better caloric intake and the spotting is a result of not having a regular menses.
