What Causes Brown Vaginal Spotting And Abdominal Cramps?
I have spotted this month with brown/ pink tissue discharge. Only for about a day and a half. Still no sign of my period but feel bloated. But I feel bloated more around my belly button area and not so much my bladder area. I feel like my stomach is tighter. I have been losing weight. and I have a gene mutation which makes it hard to test my HcG levels through a pee test. Any ideas?

I really appreciate your concern, spotting could be due to hormone level changes and it can happen in pregnancy, menopause, and it need to be differentiated and for that you need to get done the ultrasonography test and consult the gynecologist hope this information helps.
