What Causes Brown Vaginal Spotting During 4 Weeks Pregnancy?
hi, I am 4 weeks pregnant now. I had spotting about 3 days (from Sep 28 to Sep 30 ) before my period started. The spotting stopped Sep 30 night generally but next couple days ocassionly see little pinky color when i wipped. But it only ocurred few times. Since Sep 30 to now, I have done several home tests and it s positive. Oct 3 I observed little light brown discharge like coffee milk on my panties. I have some mild twinge from time to time for these days, nothing severe but I can feel it. I am really worried that this is a sine of threatened misscarriage. I havent had a bloodwork yet, it s scheduled next Tuesday.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the confirmed pregnancy and having spotting then it may be normal one which some times happens even in the gestational phase, but it need to be ruled out for other possibilities and for that better to get done the ultrasonography test, (confirmation of conception is important) hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
