What Causes Brown Vaginal Spotting During Full Term Of Pregnancy?
Hi, I m 39 weeks and 2 days pregnant and I have this brownish spot with a droplet of blood when I urinate this morning. I did not have contraction or felt any pressure on my lower back and I can feel the baby is moving. Should I be worry about this? Thanks.

IF the baby is moving normally, this should be ok.
The drop of blood may indicate that you may soon go into labor.
You should visit your doctor for assessment of the abdomen and a possible cervical assessment.
