General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
Bleeding in the first trimester is not always a problem. It may be caused by:
-Having sex
-An infection
-Hormone changes like low progesterone
-More serious causes may include: threatened abortion, molar pregnancy and ectopic pregnancy though less likely since no pain/cramps
I will suggest you see the Gynecologist for evaluation.A pelvic ultrasound will be needed to evaluate fetal viability and if well implanted. If everything is ok with the fetus, your Doctor may prescribe progestin agents like utrogestan and strict rest.
Hope this will help
Best regards
