What Causes Brown Vaginal Spotting During Pregnancy?

Hi. I am 11 weeks pregnant. Since Sunday I have been experiencing dark brown spotting on cleaning with a tissue after peeing. I have been prescribed hilgestrone, tranexa and hcg injections for 4 weeks. My point of concern is that the spotting has still not stopped. The usg shows no issue to the foetus. The heartrate is 159bpm . Can u pls guide as to what can and should be done.

Vaginal bleeding during pregnancy is any discharge of blood from the vagina. It can happen any time from conception (when the egg is fertilized) to the end of pregnancy. Light bleeding, or spotting, during pregnancy is common, especially during the first trimester. Usually this is no cause for alarm.so don't worry be relaxed and happy
