What Causes Brown Vaginal Spotting?

Hello my last LMP.is 1/05/2017 but bcs of late pregnency I m having 6 week pregnency but yesterday when I went to the doctor she told me that my baby's heartbeat is missing nd also I have vaginal brown spotting two time a day 10 days ago she gave me susten injection nd it stops yesterday also have some red small mass spotting 2 times she gave same susten injection but still today I have red spot in small amount but not like liquid it's like mass in small amount plz suggest me I want this child ...

Hi I think you should wait for one more week and repeat the scan. Take some progesterone supplements orally also like duphaston. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Take proper bed rest. Hope it helps.
