What Causes Brownish Discharge During Menstruation?
I am experiencing a bleeding but this is slightly brown there is no smell no other discharge slightly tingly no burning or itching can you help. I did have the flu really badly and took quite a lot of flu medication to help cope could this be the reason
I can understand your concern. If this is the time where you might be midway in your menstrual cycle (2 weeks has passed since last menstruation and 2 more weeks to go for next menstruation), you might be ovulating. It is a normal process and little brown discharge like you explained is normal.
However, if you develop any other symptoms like pain, burning, itchiness, or if discharge is foul smelling or if the spotting does not stop in 3-4 days, you should visit a gynecologist for examination.
I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. Take care.
