Hello You need to worry, just relax. Brownish discharge might be related to infection or inflammation of the urogenital tract, ectopic pregnancy. I see patients with similar complaints in my clinic and I would advise them for physical examination, a battery of tests like urine culture and discharge swab culture or if meed be an ultrasound pelvis and abdomen to find out the underlying cause for brownish discharge.
