you are suffering from STD and the vaginal discharge due to some infection for which you must take treatment . Imprtant thing is STD transmit sexual contact hence treatment should always be given to sexual partner hence your sexual partner should also be treated at same time even if he is not having any symptoms. during treatment you are advised to use condom during sex. you need not be worry as all STD are treatable the only thing is you should follow my advice.
first you have to investigated for microscoy of your vaginal discharge to microbiology lab.
I suggest you to take 1. Azithromycin 1000mg one tablet 2. Secnidazole 1000mg 2 tablet and 3. Fluconazole 150mg single tablet .single dose and keep good genital hygine .review me after 7 days .Same treatment started to your sexual partner .
review me after investigation report so I will suggest you further treatment .
