What Causes Brownish Freckles Below The Outer Right Ankle?
I am noticing feet/ankle edema after working on my feet for 8 hours. it is typically relieved by elevation. not always. not pitting. now I am noticing brownish freckles below my outer right ankle circling around and upward. Sharp pains at times in feet. homans sign negative. I am overweight and in the process of quitting smoking. I m guessing poor circulation. would weight reduction and walking relieve this??? Thank you.

1. Avoid standing for long periods of time and keep pillows below legs while sleeping.
