General & Family Physician, Dr. Jay Patel's Response
Hello,
It is difficult to come to exact conclusion without internal examination but based on the description it seems like you may have residual flow from your cycle and it is rotting, foul smell is from that decomposition.
There are chances you may have infection within your vagina. Currently having no pain in vaginal cavity is not a clear sign of absence of infection and needs to be checked. Burning during the peeing is the classic sign of urinary tract infection. Consult primary care / gynecologist - there is an urgent need to have an urine test and internal examination of vagina with swabbing test before it gets worst.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
