What Causes Brownish Vaginal Discharge,pelvic Pain And Gastritis?

I am 44 years old and I have never been pregnant. For the past year, my upper abdomen has become more and more distended. It doesn t even look like my stomach anymore. Within the last few weeks I ve experienced intermittent pelvic discomfort, sometimes the pain is sharp, sometimes dull. I haven t had a real period in about 4 months and I ve noticed a thick, faint brownish vaginal discharge that almost mimics the start of a period. Just within the last 14days, I ve had increased episodes of indigestion/reflux and almost constant gas, along with urinary urgency and leakage. I don t want to run to the Dr to be scheduled for multiple tests that I can t afford but I do feel something could be terribly wrong.
