Understanding your concern. As per your query you have bruise and a large lump in abdomen . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like dermatitis , scabies , allergic reaction to something , hamartoma , dermoid , sebaceous Cyst , lipoma or dermatofibroma . I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor will examine physically or order skin patch test or biopsy . Doctor also look for tenderness or consistency . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , anti inflammatory or consider surgical removal . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist for problem like hernia . For now do icing and take bendryl twice for two days .
