What Causes Bruise On Head And Vision Problem After Hitting Head?

Fell down 12 stairs in my home and have a big bruise on the back of my head my bruise is swollen and now has a small patch of blood on the bruise.my bruise apart of it is numb aswell.I was feeling sick for 4 days and my eyes made an object look like it was moving the 2nd day after it happened.

1. Headache
2. Vomiting
3. Dizziness
4. Giddiness
5. Double Vision
6. Blurring of Vision
7. Numbness
8. Weakness
9. Fits
10. Bleeding from Nose
11. Bleeding from Ears
12. Bleeding from throat

Of which you have vision problem in association with bruise

Hence I suggest you consult a Neurosurgeon at the earliest for Complete Evaluation
