General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your treating doctor has kept you on a course of antibiotics because of your sinus issues. Sinus problems do cause headaches and migraines. Get X-Ray PNS sinus done. Take steam inhalations regularly. Get treated for sinus at the earliest. For fatigue take home made nutritious food and multivitamin supplements. You can take antihistamine for relieve. Avoid exhaustion, stay well hydrated. Take adequate sleep. You can take Combiflam or Naproxen, one SOS for relief from pain. Take rest for a couple of days.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
