I had mohs surgery on my ear 8 days ago. Everything was healing fine 2 days ago when I saw my dr. Last night the area where my graft skin was taken behind my ear started to bleed. It stopped but has started again. The area around is forming a new bruise. The blood seeps out after I apply pressure.
There may be ongoing bleeding which needs to be addressed. Pressure bandage should suffice or if not then evacuation with cautery of bleeder should do. Visit the Dr again and if cant/ don't pressure bandage needs to be applied
