What Causes Bruises On The Body After Taking Tramadol With Valium?
I take Tramadol 50 mgx 2 with 2.3 mg valium. I seem to get bruises so easy since I started Tramadol 10 days ago. I have a new one every day. I am not taking bloodthinning meds. Is that a usual side effect of tramadol. They are addictive, I want to quit. Can I just stop them? Or must I taper after ten days?
Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Tramadol does not cause any bleeding manifestation or bruising. It could be due to something else and has to be evaluated if bruising persists. You can stop tramadol and there is no need to taper as it won’t produce any withdrawal symptoms.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
