What Causes Bruising On Inner Feet And Ankle?

So about a week ago, I flipped on a quad and it landed on the side of my right leg. It started go swell really big and bruising. I went to the ER and they told me it was a hematoma. The prescribed me naproxen and told me to just get some rest with my leg elevated and put a bunch of ice on it. After a week it started to look better. The hematoma is like on the inner side of my right leg, almost next to my knee and a bit lower. Almost on top of the calf. I went back to work yesterday, I work as a cashier in a grocery store. After work I noticed it got swollen, not a lot but you could tell. And I also noticed bruising like on the inner side of my feet and around the inner ankle, but there isn t really any pain. Is this normal? Should I go to an urgent care or straight to the ER?
