What Causes Bruising On Lower Back Post An Injury?

I fell down the stairs and landed on the left side of my lower back. My lower back is bruised and still a little swollen on the left side. Its still a little painful to push in the spot that I feel on. Is their any thing I can do to fasten the recover?

Are you on any medication? If not try

1.Tab.Ranitidine 150 mg bid before food.

2.Tab.Ibubrufen 400mg bid

3.Tab.Chymurol forte 1 bid

4. Neosporine ointment for external use for 3 days and review.
