What Causes Bruising On Right Lower Back And Lower Left Abdomen?
Yesterday I realized that I had some bruising on my right lower back/upper butt cheek area and also some bruising on my lower left abdomen. I cannot find any explanation for these bruises. I work a desk job/ am not active. There is literally no way I could have hit myself etc. should I be concerned?

Sometimes, wearing tight undergarments and pants can result in bruising of the skin. if there have been no other symptoms other than the bruising and have been spontaneous, clotting profile with bleeding time, clotting time, PT/APTT, INR would be needed to look for any bleeding disorders.
